(新增：動新聞)1名家住新北市的林姓男子（32歲），平時的興趣就是上網閒逛各大購物
網站，尤其對女姓用品特別感興趣，今年3月間他以skype帳號在「蝦皮拍賣網站」，下標
5次向同一賣家網購女裝，每次下單價錢約300元至500元間，賣家均準時出貨。但林男每
次都指定到超商取貨，貨到了卻都不前往取貨，造成賣方損失運費，賣方與林男在網路平
臺溝通，林男卻出言不遜，一付不在乎的態度，惹惱賣家向轄區台中市永興派出所報案。
林男到案後表示，他只是等想有錢在去取貨，不知在電腦上點選購物訂單，一直沒去不取
貨是有罪的，還不禁驚呼「哇！我竟然要坐牢了？」，警方認為她訂貨不取，造成賣家財
產損失，訊後林男依毀棄損壞罪函送法辦。警方指出，林男涉及《刑法》第355條毀棄損
壞罪，可處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或500元以下罰金。(朱俊彥／台中報導)出版時間 13
